  • The Bureau of Meteorology is the National Meteorological Austhority for Australia. The Overall mission of the Bureau is to observe and undertand Australian weather and climate and provide meteorological, hydrological and oceanographic services in support of Australia's national needs and international obligations. The Bureau's head Office in Melbourne serves as both an administrative and operational headquarters. It also includes the National Climate Centre, the Bureau of Meteorology Training Centre and the Bureau of Meteorology Research Centre.

  • To assist in the development of a new database for engineering projects and help with enhancements to an existing engineering documentation database.

  • Specific Selection Criteria

  • An interest in the proposed task and a willingness to get involved and communicate with the bureau's Engineers, Scientists, Operational and other staff.
